Service Agreement v1.0 · forms updated June 12, 2026Newest rendition. Staff circle the GST-included total in a 4-rate × 7-night chart — zero arithmetic, zero handwriting for a standard stay. Kennel food ($10/day) is a chart row circled in the same column; late pickup is a pre-priced tick. Custom stays get a write-in line.
Big write-in lines for IN/OUT dates, a shaded staff-use-only money strip with wide rate × days = total cells, pre-printed rate and extras checkboxes (kennel food $10/day, late pickup $30), and tick-able time windows (Morning 7:30–10 / Afternoon 4–6).
The original dense single-pager. All fields handwritten — no pre-printed prices, so it never goes stale on a rate change. Keep as the fallback.
The full legal text the signature sheets reference. Lives at the counter for customers to read at drop-off — 80 lb matte cover, 5 mil matte lamination, ring-bound. Not written on, never replaced per-customer.
